What Is Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is about change taking place through healing when the therapist and client engage in a therapeutic relationship.

In my work with clients, I draw upon several approaches.
With me, psychotherapy means:

  • the help of a professional who will listen to you without judging you;
  • a safe environment where you can explore choices and resolve conflicts in your life;
  • a time and a space in which you can find out what you want from life;
  • an equal relationship – both you and I take responsibility for the changes you want to make.
